Introducing the new addition to Hitachi’s Impact Drill range, models DV13VSS (HA) and DV16VSS(HA) Impact Drills.
These two models are compact and lightweight, weighing 1.4kg’s and 1.5kg’s respectively. Both have a quick changeover switch allowing for easy selection of forward or reverse, as well as impact or drilling. With a large variable speed trigger the applications for these drills allow it to be a good all-rounder for drilling into concrete, steel, bricks, plastic or timber.
Power provided by both these models is 550W(DV13VSS(HA) and 600W(DV16VSS(HA) , a no – load speed of 0 – 2900/min and an impact rate of 46,400/ min mean they can handle most drilling requirements.
The DV13VSS(HA) can drill 13mm in concrete and steel and 20mm in timber, the DV16VSS(HA) 16mm in concrete,13mm in steel and 25mm in timber, both come with a keyless chuck with a capacity of 1.5 to 13mm. Both come with a side handle, depth gauge and a handy carry case.
