All tools must be purchased from Authorised Hitachi Dealers and Agents within Australia.

The Hitachi warranty will not apply for purchases made from an unauthorised dealer either from
within or outside Australia
Warranty
Hitachi Power Tools Australia Pty Ltd warrants their range of Electric Power Tools & Petrol Products
for a period of 12 Months from the date of purchase. Warranty on Pneumatic Tools and Batteries
is also for 12 Months.

This warranty covers the original purchaser against defective workmanship and faulty materials.

Warranty is subject to the tools being correctly serviced within the recommended period as stated
in the user manual.

Proof of purchase must be supplied for all warranty claims.
If the tool presented for warranty repair is found to have damage caused by misuse or abuse, then the
warranty will be void and all costs will be payable by the purchaser.
